What is Integrative Health and Wellness coaching? Integrative Health coaching is individualized support for people seeking to move towards long-term sustainable healthy living. A doctor might offer you diagnosis and treatment. A sports coach helps you to excel at an athletic event. A health and wellness coach helps you connect with how you want to feel and guide you to achieve your goals. Its a space that aids individuals and groups to harness the transformative power of connection.

Dr Med Anna Haoula ​

Is a certified integrative health ands wellness Coach, educator, physician. She received her medical degree from Vienna University, Austria and her training in Integrative Health, Wellness coaching and Lifestyle Medicine through Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, USA.

Her qualifications have uniquely equipped her with cutting edge knowledge in Holistic nutrition and integrative health coaching and prevention. Merging science and therapy, she harnesses all her expertise to create individualized holistic plans for her patients and clients helping them to connect to their Values and goals to heal.

This all provided me with cutting edge knowledge in holistic nutrition and integrative health and wellness coaching and prevention.

Putting all it together, I work with the client to connect to their values, empower and support them in envisioning and enhancing their goals to help achieve the lifestyle change they seek.
